"HANT PLASTICS" LLC is a small company producing plastic products using injection molding and extrusion methods.
The method of foundry molding of polymers consists in the fact that the raw material in the form of granules or powder is loaded into the hopper of the foundry machine, where it is captured by a rotating screw and transported by it along the axis of the heated cylinder into its nozzle part, while changing from a solid state to a molten state. Next, the melt is pushed out due to the translational movement of the screw through a special nozzle into a closed, cooling mold. After filling the cavity of the mold with the polymer melt, which is held in it for some time under pressure, it cools down. Next, the casting mold is opened and the finished product is removed, and the forming cycle is repeated
The company has several automatic molding machines, as well as an extrusion line for the production of caramel sticks.
